hello,
Please listen with patience....i done BE 2008 passed out,due to recession period i didnt job in any of IT companies so i joined for Mphasis BPO, i work for 10 months as tech support voice, but due to severe health issue, i left the job there in last year of march itself n after long break i joined for software testing course n i got certificate for same from cegonsoft technologies, now if i go to any companies, they are asking for relevant exp n not considering my bpo experience,also i have aggregate less than 60%...its became very horrible to get into IT!!!! i m in confusion now so can you please suggest me in regarding my career growth, also i m requesting please.......if 2011 batch comes then its really heard to get into IT companies....please help me please!!!!!!!

Dear Vijendra,
See No IT company will consider the BPO voice experience for a software engineer position, there is no need for u to get into depression, as many of the people are in the same position, without having proper guidance about career,,,, people get out into different paths and suffer.
Of-course Recession has been dragged many life's in pain, but market has grown up now companies are hiring for seniors position, wait until freshers are being hired,
Not a problem if 2011 or 2020 comes out by freshers if u have talent and u know right path u will certainly get a Good Job, just u should know that how exact way to approach to get a job.,,,

this is tanu from noida.i did btech from BBD.lucknow in 2008 with branch IT(information technology).and still m doing struggle.no gud job m doing job as SEO (search engine optimization)in lemoninteractive it services noida.earlier i thought that i ill do a course of testing with ma job but i coudn do it.almost 1 year has been compltd n i don wanna contnu in this profile.m very confuge what i do now n what field wil be gud.i havent study more after btech.there are some responsibilty over me.my communication is also not good.now i want 2 do sumthing n have no idea about what should i start???plz help me n guide me...

I have passed engineering in electronics and telecommunication in 2011 with 65% marks.As I got placement in reputed IT company.
