Hi,
Can anyone provide me with a sample of an HR SOP? My company is a newly set-up company, and I have to draft a basic HR SOP, but I don't know how to. If someone can send me a copy that I can use, that would be great!
Appreciate your help.

Hi,
I have completed my MBA, and currently, I am working in the telecom sector as an HR executive. I take Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and Attendance sheets every day for all employees, whether they work in the field or office. I have to calculate the average ratio of field employees, considering how much money we spend per employee, including their salary, food, and lodging.
If we assume an average of Rs. 350 per employee every day, can anyone suggest how to calculate this and how to create a suitable format for it?
Please help me.
