I would like to know about maternity leaves .
how many leaves we can provide as a maternity leave ?
should we have to provide salary for all days ?
full salary or half salary ?
is there any procedure to approve maternity leaves ?
in case after 3 months leave employee dont want to continue with us then what we can do with this ?

I would like to know about maternity leaves .

how many leaves we can provide as a maternity leave ? :- as per law need to provide 84 days (6 week before delivery & 6 week post delivery)

should we have to provide salary for all days ? :- if she not cover under ESIC then, company has to pay the salary for said days.

full salary or half salary ? :- Salary should be paid as Normal Gross salary

is there any procedure to approve maternity leaves ? :- as per law beneficiary (employee) need to intimate to his employer but, there is nothing provision to reject or refuse the leave on any ground, but there is provision that, company can't force employee to work in certain situation.

in case after 3 months leave employee dont want to continue with us then what we can do with this ? :- its employee choice.. but, you may proceed as per employment terms, you can ask her to serve notice period or notice period can be recover from her Full & Final Settlement.
