Dear AllI want to know the procedures to unload LPG from LPG tanker to Bullets above ground level . Either we should allow vapor or Liquid or both at time !

both the operations cannot be performed at the same time.
you need to pressurize the tanker for the liquid drawal. if that is the case, how it would be possible for both. are you using nitrogen for pressurizing the tank or the LPG - gas itself?
kindly provide the details of your unloading pump & the unloading line details, so that I can give some updates.

Dear ravi,
we are using compressor for the same purpose.Depending on the pressure difference between LPG bullet & LPG tanker commpressor is used.Firstly liquid is taken out & than vapour is unlaoded.
If pressure in tanker is more than it comes out automatically & if pressure is low than we use commpressor for transfer of LPG from tanker to bullet.We also have Bullets above ground level.
Grounding & bonding are taken care of. we have QBDs for detections.& sprinkler systems both in auto & manual.

Dear All ,Thank you for the feed back given by you .Right now we are unloading LPG from Tanker to Bullet through pumping .While unloading we release both vapor and liquid valve at a time it takes one hour approximately to unload 3.5 tonnes of LPG to bullet .
