I have done my 1 yr diploma in hr from welingars. Should i complete my pgdba-dlp from Welingkars or do part time MBA from ICFAI?
Would PGDBA from Welingkars have more weightage than MBA from ICFAI? What has more scope?

Do your pgdba rom wellinger: that would complement your 1 yr diploma and besides its better than part time MBA.
What matters more than simply the name of some hi-fi school is, marks: so under the circumstances go for wellinger.............and relax!

Dear Nikhil,
Whether Distance learning or any Institute you named cannot makes any difference to your capabilities until you make things happen.
No Institute gurantee success because success depends on your performance. Most of B-Schools and Premier Institutes Students disappeared from the market only 2% to 3% only makes mark on the profession otherwise they only end up with Professor or Lecturer kind of jobs.
Market place is place where survival of fitest is principle.....

it depends upon the person capabilite,skills & performane.
but MBA is just like a passport for you to get an entry into a reputed corporate.
as you mention only 2 to 3% insitute makes a differnce & welingkar is included in that 2 to 3%.
