My co is registered in Maharastra but employees are located in different states all over the country.
Now i have to fix minimum wages for all of them.
I have one consideration-
1 Wages will be as per the base location of employee or his working location.
2. If the salary is procesed centrally from maharastra then min wages will be as per maharastra?

Dear Sir,
On my opinion you have to pay the minimum wages as per state rules of minimum wages act.like in haryana there are slabs of minimum wages i.e.skilled,semi skilled etc. It is better you first read out the state poliies rules of minimum wages.

My employees are engaged in demand generation activities in the villages of my product.In which cateogory will they fall?unskilled,semi-skilled,skilled?
Secondly for minimum wages net salary will be taken or gross salary?
Will daily allowance will also constitute a part of grosss salary or not?

see ur company is registered in Maharashtra ur employees are located all over india. in this case if all the workers are the roll which u r maintaing in maharshtra means all workers are eligible and covered under the rules & regulations of maharashtra state. if u r maintaining the seperate muster in each state then the rule of that particular state will be applicable to that particular employees.

As per law of the land if the if the establishment is in other states for that the appropiate govt is Central Govt.

If the employees are in different state for short duration ( Deputation ) then you can pay the wages as per Maharashtra minimum wages norms.
But if the employees are permanently located at other state they you have to ensure that employees are getting minimum wages - Payroll processing from central location is not connected /interdependent for minimum wages State Norms.
