Hi All,
I applied for my PF amount in Feb-2007 to MAHARASHTRA [Bandra] and i received a letter from there office last month stating that the cheques of my PF amount has been sent to the Bank as given by me.But my PF amount has not still credited to my account i have enquired with the Bank but still no response from them.I call up those people in Maharashtra also they says that they have sent the cheques so that it will credited to the bank.
It's been nearly 1 and Half month it's not credited
Can u please guide me to whom to contact to get my PF amount and what are the procedures

Hi,
Have you got the details of the cheque from the PF office?? If yes just go to your bank and ask for the status of the said cheque. If you dont get any positive response you need to register your grievance to the Regional PF commissioner through registered post or in person. If you register the complaint in person dont forget to get the receiving of the complaint on the duplicate copy from the PF office.

Hi,
Get the PF intimation letter regarding despatch of cheque photocopied and write complaint to the Regional PF commissioner by attaching this copy. Keep the receipt of registered post and a copy of the complaint letter safe with you for future reference.
