I just want to continue my profession as a student counsellor like guiding them on various technologies which they can choose after studies .....
So, I want to know how can I gather students & what should I talk to them initially ... like what is the pitch I should maintain ... can any Senior managers reply to this ...
&&&&&&&& the important thing that I'm not having any office like place .....

Counselling is providing guidance to the students in help setting their career goals with what they want to work in. To be a counselor for students, one has to specilize in counseling tracks in handling various students behaviour. Student counselors may counsel people one-on-one. If you are interested in becoming a student counselor, look for a program that is accredited by the counceling, attending to couple of such programs may help you understand better.
Student counselors are required to go to Universities, Colleges and Areas & officially challenge to that attract the educational programs in interest to the students. Nothing much o a difficult task when one student sneaks a look, rest follow -- It is a nonprofit that connects students with educational opportunities for many.
Interacting: A counselor should typically work on discussion method, the student enforces many questions and also stand chances to probe as much as queries to certain the information required by him.
Counseling sessions should go no longer than 60 minutes in average. Any further counselling should be time-bound as it might overflow the matter. A couple of interfaces may get the review to both (the student & the counselor) to understand their interests and strengths.

It's really commendable that you desire to go for Student Counseling with your background--in these days when MOST of HR professionals @ your exp level want to get into core HR [so many postings in this very Forum being evidence of this trend].
You haven't mentioned IF you are still working somewhere.
Coming to your query, FIRST & FOREMOST, you need to keep yourself updated of the various opportunities available for students: and this means you have to keep track the latest industry happenings & update yourself of career & technology opportunities ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS.
Your line 'I'm not having any office like place' is a bit confusing. Are you suggesting that you wish to start-off on your own with this activity? If yes, frankly, that could be a tough proposal AT THIS STAGE, since it might take a lot of time for you to get established professionally--until then how would you earn for survival?
I think the better option would be to approach some Professional College to join as a Placement Coordinator/Officer--where you would automatically be in touch with companies/organizations AS A PART OF YOUR JOB [without any extra effort] & will also give you the time & opportunity to keep abreast with the latest technical advancements to guide/counsel the students. Just give this a thought.
