I am currently studing in the last semester of MMS with HR as my specialisation. As part of our curriculum, students have to work on an University-Specialisation project. My project title is "Forced Distribution as a tool for Performance Management"
i have prepared the attached questionnaire as part of the primary research for the University specialization project. it would be very kind of you, if you answer it. pls send it back at the earliest (as the deadline is 13th march). if students are answering the Questionnaire, they can mention their institute instead of Organisation. Students with work ex need to fill doc name "questionnaire- students- work ex".
