Hi im working for a small company. Require ctc structure and monthly pay slip format and breakdown, no deductions like pf, epf, only tds .ctc-4,00,000 p.a. Kindly help.

You can use following structure.
Basic: 200000 (50 % of CTC you can reduce this upto 30-40 %)
HRA: 100000 (50 % of basic as you are in metro city or else you can count at 40 %)
Medical Allowance : 15000 (1250 PM fixed)
Conveyance Allowance : 19200 (1600 PM Fixed)
Special Allowance : 65800 (Balance )
