Dear Seniors
I am in the process of making Tender Document for "Manpower Supply to Govt Dept"
As per Min. Wage Act there are 4 categories i.e., Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled and Highly Skilled.
Looking for some guidelines to link the above skill category to education qualification.
I am planning to link as given below:
Below SSC/10th Class - Unskilled wage as per Min Wage Act
HSC or ITI or Intermediate - Semi Skilled wage as per Min Wage Act
Diplomo - Skilled Salary as per Min Wage Act
BSc Degree - Highly Skilled wage as per Min Wage Act
B.Tech Degree - 10% more wage of Highly Skilled
Note: For Experience, I am adding 3% increment on the above.
Is above is justifiable? or Kindly provide some guidelines please.
Looking for some guidance w.r.t.
a) linking of skill with Educational qualification
b) Experience consideration in Wage
Regards,
R. Venugopal
