Speaker profile: Chandini is a science graduate with post graduate degrees in Computer Science (MCA) and HR (MBA). Chandini carries over 11 years of experience in HR spanning IT, Manufacturing and ITES sectors with employers like RR Donnelley and Motorola. Her specializations include Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Employee Communication, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations. Over the years, she has set up an On Boarding cell, Employee Engagement Team, Shared Services and implemented People Soft for APAC region apart from playing a key role during mergers. She currently leads the global Employee Engagement and on boarding initiatives at HCL Technologies.
