Hello all,
I would like to get some feed back regarding the training programs. My company has recently initiated to have some training programs in house to train our staff in different departments.
Like in Procurement, engineering, HR personnel & Planning.
Well my question is, this is the first time, company is going to make a budget for that and planning to invest for workers. How can we secure the payment ? like if someone gets the training of PMP and finds a better opportunity in some other organization. Do we need to sign a bond with the employee because we are making an investment on him!! and we are worried, may be after getting certified, he may leave us.
Need some suggestions, if you can.
Thank you.

Dear Kashif
Your worry is here only with respect to exit of trained employee. What about the one who remains with you but does not implement any learning? Is this not loss to your company?
To avoid this, please check the following links, these are replies to the past posts on training. These will be useful for measuring the training effectiveness:

By the way, I conduct the training on Purchase and Inventory Management subjects. Measuring training effectiveness is easier in these subject. It would be my pleasure to provide you help in this area. If you wish to know more about me, then you may click here to check my profile. If you wish to know the list of the programmes that I conduct, then you may click here.

Dear Mr. Dinesh,
Thank you for your feedback, you are absolutely right, but some how we can measure the performance of an employees before the training and after getting trained with the help of evaluation on quarterly basis.
Your 2nd point is also very correct that we are worried about the investment, that an employee will pay back to the company or not?
I will go through your profile and the courses you delivered.
Thank you and have a good day.
