Self worked from 1983 to 1998. ( at that time no UAN / Aaadhar etc..Due to locked out went to native. Claimed both but only Pf amt received. Eps advised to get scheme cert. After a long break again joined with a concern from 2017 to 2023 _ UAN IS THERE & got retired due to 58 years. Now wants to club the old eps account to new UAN..to get pension benefit.. Kindly advise by which form have to submit to get old scheme cert ..And form attestation procedures.. Near my home in TN Govt. middle school is there n their sign is valid or not. Awaiting your guidance..

You have to do these processes online by visiting the EPFO's member portal. If you have not yet activated your UAN, first do that. After that you can transfer the service from the old one to the latest. If you do not have any PF accumulations to be transferred then you can directly proceed to apply for Pension. For this also you can use the same portal. Before proceeding to apply for pension you should file nomination. Also submit the KYCs etc as prescribed. Then while applying for pension you can mention the scheme certificate number etc. With this your previous service will be added to the last/ current service, and the pensionable service and amount of pension will be calculated accordingly.
