DOES ANY DIPLOMA CAN HELP ME .....build my carrier in HR

Good to know that you wnat to take up further studies.
I am afraid, you may not be able take up a MBA course now as one has to be a graduate to take up such a course in any university in India or abroad.
Instead, you can take up some short term courses on HR which are offered by various institutes and universities here. But that may not help you in your career growth.
My suggestion would be:
Visit the Indiara Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) site and look for a course you are interested for. IGNOU is having no of courses suitable for any type of student. I am giving you the link to help you in this.

Hi Irfan,
With your qualification, I think, you will be able to get some good opening in middle east. There you will find lots of openings for Mech Dipl. guys with very attractive remuneration.
Get in touch with the overseas placement agencies in and around your place and they will be able to guide you properly. But beware of the frauds. You have to check the credibility of the agency before going ahead with them.
Otherwise, keep checking the newspaper for overseas opportunities and apply whenever you find a matching profile for yourself.
