Dear Mr. Arora,

As you have mentioned here that you are working somewhere as an most senior person, HR HEAD for last 9 months, it means you are an experienced person and well familiar with the demand of today's HR and the challenges what our HR peoples are suffering from..

You know the value of HR and have knowledge about all the functions of HR (My 7 Stars of HR) i.g. Staffing, Performance Appraisals, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Safety and Health, and Human Resource Research. I call them my "7 Stars of HR" and found these are the most important functions of HR which includes everything. Now you just have to look for the biggest and latest demand from HR world which is SAP-HR and I would like to suggest you to go with it as this becomes a very important and most required skill today.

I beg your pardon Mr. Arora and am not too big to advice you or define you the value of HR but just have express myself about it.

With closing of this reply to you, again I wanna tell you that SAP-HR course is the best option for you to utilise your this time ....

Also I have enclosed the details about SAP HR course and modules and hope this will help you ...

Dear Mangal:

I look at your issue slightly differently. You are already a HR Head. I do not know how big is Your Organization and the sze of the team you are leading. Anyhow, you are the Head of HR of an Organization, which is really good. Also I find that you are just 9 months old in the position. I think that it will be better for you to strengthen your knowledge intensively in some areas and extensively in other aspects in HR so that you can groom yourself for handling HR Department of a big Organization. When you get a challenging assignment in a leading Organization, you should not be beaten by what is difficult. This is Action Plan I, I would like to suggest.
If you still have some time and energy left, please take up study of law which will do a world of good for your career uplift.
Good luck.

Greetings,
I appreciate all the suggestion made for you in this discussion. I second Mr. Anil. Kumar Arora and R. Sundarajan, and request you to consider the advanced level courses.
You may consider Strategy and business oriented course. A Ph.D in the long run would suit your leadership role and give you an edge over your contemporaries.
There are institutes that offers course while working from the top level pedagogy in the country.
