Hi Swapna,
Please see the enclosed file attached.
It will teach you the calculations and various tax deductions applicable while processing the salary payroll.
Go through the file carefully and surely you will have the basic idea how it works.It's a big process and requires lots of practice and learning's.
If you are doing for the first time,then theoretical and practical training will be required to understand the payroll concept.

Hi Swapna,
any way greetings for ur intension.u just have look into the below issues.
1. Get enough information on which com ur going to have interview, y means if all employees getting more 15000/- salary month need not focus on esic.
2. PF: on every employee the pf department deduct 12% on his basic salary and whose the basic is more 6500/- pm month the pf department will deduct only 780/-
3. apart from this things u just have look in to the salary structure.
4. focus on compensation.

my name naresh i have been completed my mba in 2012 as a specialization with marketing and hr at that time i was took hr as a minor because that time itself i thought my skills are not adequate to hr role but after i realized why dont i be a hr and after me intercepted my self why i am not suitable for hr role. i found only one reason that was up to graduation me telugu medium due to i might be me unable intract in English with people .but now me over come that and now i have been being under went to hr training in one institution, and now i have strong desires and aspirations on hr career. please could you tell me is my specialization would hamper my career(in interview) and please tell what i have to do for achieve my desire because i am fresher and where i have been completed my MBA collage it self didnt teach any thing ,,
