Precisely what I wanted to point out.
These questions are legal/illegal only as per U.S. legislation, and no Indian recruiter can be penalised in India if he/she were to ask any of the questions listed.
It is true that questions can be phrased in a less blunt manner, and the recruiter should try to ensure that. Other than that, no punishment under Indian law arises.

Dear All,
Even those questions and alternatives were belongs to US law. We (Recruiter) can use the alternatives.
