I have left my job in April 2018. I wanted to transfer my PF account from left organization to joined organization. I have applied for online transfer on 21.01.2019. Due to some technical problems of digital signature the claim was accepted by employer by 30.09.2019. It was received by EPFO by 02.10.2019. But they have rejected the claim and stated that member contribution received after date of exit. and date of joining/leaving does not match with company record. So I contacted to previous employer. They said we have done everything from our side. In their portal its showing my account is transferred. If the transfer has done then how the passbook looks like. In my member portal its showing two IDs separately in one UAN no. The previous employer said that your transfer is already done. So with these two IDs is there any problem with withdrawal in future. What should I do? If anyone have an idea to resolve the problem please help me in this regard. I am very thankful to you for your help.
