I am Vineela, working as a HR for a Software Company at Hyderabad. I have over 4 yrs exp and handled recruitment, Core and Generalist HR Activities in my company. I am very much interested to go abroad for work. I am a graduate by education.
Can you pls guide me if I need to undergo any course to develop my skills to go abroad.

Hi Vineela,
If you are looking at jobs across Middle East, you do not require any specific skill certification.
However, exposure to Middle East HR Practices, Labor Laws, Passport/Visa/Social Security practices could be a big plus.
This you can easily achieve by referring relevant posts in this forum and search in respective country sites

If you are looking at jobs in other Asia Pacific Countries, US, UK or Canada, you must have country specific HR Certifications.
This is my understanding. Also, comparatively this is bit difficult it seems

Hi Vineela,
You have mentioned graduate by education which is not so clear whether you hold a post graduate or no. If you are not holding a post graduate, i suggest you to go for it bcoz without which you would not be considered for higher level even in our country (India). :-)
And, if you are holding a post graduate that is more than enough for you to target middle east or singapore. But if you are targeting Australia, Canada or UK, i suggest you the following certification and you many chose any of this depending upon your budget & time.

3. GPHR
4 CHRP
5. CIPD
