Would like to know if your industry has already revised the minimum wages in Haryana for unskilled w.e.f. 01-07-2007 or still there are chances of getting stay on it from haryana high court.

Hi Jony ,
would you pl. recast your question? your question should be addressed to HR community at haryana. because Minimum Wages revision in other states would be of no relevance to Haryana. I can suggest from legal point of view that making payment above the Minmum Wages is not barred by any court of law. You may pay them Minimum Wages subject to revision by the Hon'ble High Court of Haryana. But it should not be les than what was the rate at the point of time when this Petition was filed.
