Iam Bhushan a PGDBA student in the third semister specialising in HR and sometimes feel that i need to stay updated with the happenings in the field of HR from various websites journals and newspapers so if you could suggest me some of these so that i would be able to stay updated and i went to some newspaper shops and asked for HRD review journal and they said it wasnt there. so if you could suggest me where i will be able to acquire the study material that you state it would be of great help to me. One more thing if you could suggest me a comprehensive book which is a must have for an HR student so i would get all my basics and concepts right.

What Atomleaf has said is true... CiteHR is one of the biggest resource that you would require.... And internet is the biggest ocean to get the best information fastest..
Try some Googling techniques and you will find all the resources you require...
You should be able to find some HR journals in your college Library as this kind of journals are not easily available through newspaper vendors..
Else you can try some government libraries... This people also subscribe to HR journals
As for the latest happenings in HR... visit CiteHR everyday, and be assured that you will be most upto date about the happenings in HR field.

HI Shruti,Calculation of Bonus for 1 year is Total of Basic+DA from April to March or April till employee worked * by 8.33% that is for minimum and this you can divide the result in 12 so you will get 1Month's Bonus..Any querry write me
