Hi Respected HRs, I have a query regarding Forcefully Early release in COVID-19.
If a person is on Resignation period and has to serve three months notice period and after Lockdown started... The company HR forced me for early release approx 60 days instead of 90 days.
So my Question is the company should pay rest 30 days amount to the employee or not?
As per company policies they never give early release for 1 month they just gave due to COVID 19 .
The company policies are unilateral and not in favour of employees..
It is a case of Early release not of layoff or termination.
Please suggest whether I should also get rest 30 days salary or not.

You are entitled to the salary for the remaining notice period as the early release amounts to a counter-offer by the employer which requires your consent. Inform the employer to include the notice salary in your F&F failing which you will have to recover it along with damages for breach of contract by means of a Civil Suit.
