Hello Sir,
If your employers are using same PF Employer Code for Both branch, u no need to submit any form for PF Transfer. it will be contribute same Account. But your employers using different PF Employer code for both branch, u have to submit form -13 for PF transfer (or) u have to submit form 19 and 10-C for Settlement.

I am not followed your query. Why you need to settle PF account only for inter office transfer ? It is not advisable and not proper also. your inter office is also covered under the PF scheme and where is the question of either transfer or settlement. If your both offices are covered under one employer code, then you need not do anything. In case employer code is different of your two office, then you can transfer his PF account from your unit to to other unit where he is transferred by applying in Form No.13.
Number of times I have repeated that not to prefer for any PF settlement unless there is urgency otherwise continue as long as he remains in the service until he/she attained the age of 58 years to get the benefit of Pension. Otherwise this benefits may deprive .
