You would need to file Form 32 with the concerned Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the resignation . Further, the settlement of dues would be done as per the terms of his appointment or if his was a contractual employment, as per the agreement or contract.

You need to go to the MCA portal i.e. :: Ministry of Corporate Affairs :: to upload the forms. These forms need to nr attested by a practising professional. If you want we can help you do it.
