Thank you so much for your post. I am frankly confessing here that I am first time hearing this term 16PF. I know PF and I thought you are asking something on PF.
Your post made me Google to find out what is 16PF. Because of your post I could add to my knowledge on as to what is 16PF.
Of corse I have to learn the sixteen personality factors from you and other members of this forum. I am sure, I will get the stuff required, here.

Are you a Psychology professional then you call me I will give you training to use professional way of administration and interpretation
Most of them are not following the Professional ethics nowadays-do you want to follow them?
