Career growth - if I should go with a two-year or one-year MBA. Is MBA the right option?

I worked as a customer care executive at Amazon customer service for five years but did not experience growth. I am now willing to leave the organization and pursue an MBA. I am confused about whether a two-year or one-year MBA is the right option. I am 28 years old.
