Hi i am viji, looking Hr trainer. We put process wise skill matrix for each operator. I have an doubt to upgrade skill level in same process need to maintain training record, training feedback form effectiveness,evaluation forms. Is it necessary. My idea if upgrade to next process only these doc need to maintain. Otherwise so much of bunch papers maintained for operator.please reply by simplyfing these
