Homemaker? Nay, CEO of Family Inc.

Our modern era has established new management mantras like multiple intelligence and multitasking activities in the corporate world.
The multiple intelligence coupled with multitasking activities, is effectively done by many of our Indian homemakers. But it is very much ignored by all administrators and even family members.
It is a doubt the productivity of our homemakers are figured in our National GDP.
But let us look for a while, the amazing activities of our homemakers in our daily life.
Whether educated or not, our homemakers execute their daily activities like any other professionals and show their multi-professional skills with consistency.
Most of the homemakers play the multiple roles such as;
-As a Chemist, check the viscosity of sambar, the solubility of chutney and permeability of the coffee, all at the same time in the kitchen.
-As a Surgeon, identify perfectly all the groceries from the staked multi-sized cans and bottles when the gas stove is ‘on-line’ and cook delicious food by using the right kitchen aids.
-As a Physicist tests the milk without a lactometer and distribute to all members of the family as per the required specific gravity which includes pets.
-As a Quality Control Manager gauges with a perfection and accuracy that are eligible for ISO certification, while dealing with the vegetable vendors.
-As a Financial Manager, happily manage to run the home with a fiscal deficit by the end of the third week of each month.
-As a Teacher take care the children at home and meticulously reminding their home works. Also act as a perfect guide during their examinations.
-As a Receptionist handles the telephone calls at home and keep a smiling face to all the guests and visitors.
The list is endless…………and multitasking is not an easy job.
One need to agree, the multi-tasking skills performed by our Indian homemakers, go beyond what are taught in the Business schools across the country.
Performance with consistency is the key and can not be matched even with the well known world standard Six Sigma.
We live in the era of new and re-designations, where the department heads transformed to directors, managers rechristened to VP’s and CEOs etc.
It is matter of surprise, with all proficient skills; a working hour of 6AM till 11PM; and on call 24 hours a day, an Indian housewife has been elevated as just a homemaker.
Above all the homemakers execute every activity with emotional abundance with no cost.
Is it justified? Does the Indian homemaker want more?
Yes! As a tribute let us promote our homemakers to CEO of our family and pay her a ‘CTC’ of our unconditional love and attention at all the time.
After all they are beyond compare!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic! A Home Maker is viewed from a different and desirable angle. Yez... when we do a home maker's job then only we will know how much difficult it is and how deftly they handle them.
It is rather a tribute to all home makers which whom, we the professionals, cannot function efficiently at our work place.

This post certifies that how important HOMEMAKERS are and such an important role they play in each n every ones life and also it is needful to clear the doubts which some people have regarding HOMEMAKERS that they don't have that much work which has so much importance but actually they are the sculptors of the children, backbone of their better-half and always helpful to in-laws in all the situations.
