Performance Appraisal is assessing the performance level of an employee based on his job performance..
Normally, it will be done by their immediate superior. Outsider
cannot judge such things. The HR department Personnel can
take the assistance of the concerned HODs and can assess the
same.
Generally such appraisals will be done for giving promotions and assigning important tasks to the leader of the group who will be capable.
