Dear Team, I was supposed to join my new company on 23rd March (this was agreed n email with the employer) after accepting the offer.
However due to Lock-down the joining has been delayed. After many attempts to reach the HR,I was told the joining would resume once the operations are resumed.
Considering the recent development it appears difficult for operations to resume any time sooner. I have been asking the employer to consider online boarding but haven't got any response.
My position at the previous employer has been filled and i am currently unemployed.
Could you please guide me through this situation.
