We have an opening with a client as Senior Manager (Learning &
Development). The details of the job are below:
Job Description:
Head Leadership and Developmental training for the organisation.
Lead a team of 3-4 trainers and T&D staff at the corporate office.
Reports to the Head of HR.
Would be required to carry out training need analysis, design training
content (in-house and outsourced). Engage with Senior management on
training requirements.
Identification of training vendors, selection and empanelment, review
and evaluation
The role requires limited travel within India.
Desired Candidate Profile:
9-11 years experience in training, with the last 2 years managing L&D.
Should be able to create and deliver leadership and soft skills training
programs to senior management.
Should have experience of managing teams and dealing with external
vendors.
Experience in TNA, TND essential.
Candidates with MBA degrees preferred.
Any experience in E- learning will be an added advantage.
