I have come through this thread and its quite informative..
But the 1994 Safety Management System which has been referred here is replaced by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001:2007 version. As the presentation states the reference to ISO standard, this above mentioned standard is equally acceptable and effective Management system in corporate and industry.
