Hi to every body...
now i am working as a software trainee in a small it company...while joining they ask me to sign a service bond of three years...before signing bond they told me they will gave me a stipend of 2500rs during the training period of 6 month after that the salary will be 10500rs...and also they promised to give me training in java platform and put in java projects...
but after joining the company only we came to know that for our seniors they are giving a salary of 7500rs only...so we ask them about that and they told that remaining amount is variable pay ans it will not be paid...after two months they put me in php training...i ask them about java training...but they simply told that they didnt have java project so we will not put anybody in java side..i ask then why u select me during interview by telling we have java project..for that they told...we expect some java projects but we didnt got it now...
So now i am in a critical situation..i want to get out from this comapany for my career...but they not relieving me...in the bond they mentioned that if we break the bond we have to pay an amount of 2lakh rupees....

What is the solution for me...what step i can take...i attended training for 4months only...its also very worst...what can i do...

give me some suggestions...

you can leave this job, no employer can force any employee to remain in his employment without your wishes.
As far as concerned about such agreements the Hon'ble Supreme court of India in No of cases has held that such kind of contracts/agreements amount to be void ab nitio which restrain a employee to join any other employer.Even Constitution of India provides that a persons has right and liberty to profess employemnt of his own choice.
For the reliasation of money the employer can recover only such amount which he had spent on the training etc of the employee but not the bond amount.
