The responsibility of Asstt Admin/facilities Mgr are enormous and primarily driven by the expectation of the employer and the official you are reporting to, however few of them are
Maintaining order as in accordance with the norms and culture of organisation
reporting any delinquency by the staff
ensuring serviceability/availability of support services towards facilitation e.g. drinking water, sanitation, electrical appliances, connectivity on landline/ net
renewal of any licence as applicable e.g., factory/ pollution / and payment of fee thereof in time
renewal of fitness certificate and payment of tax for vehicle/ lifts or other items/ property of such nature owned by organisation
insurance of property movable and immovable and payment of premium thereof
supervision of security
activation of contingency plan in case of natural disasters
serviceability of fire fighting appliances and suitability of emergency exits
upkeep of garden/ garage / parking
administration of support staff viz gardener, peon, runner, guards etc,.
administration of small construction activity within the premises for safe practices to be followed.
payment of monthly/ periodical dues of electricity/ water / sewerage etc.
