Dear Shivani,
Since we are passing through a globalised, changed economy, organizations has to improve the competitiveness as well as learning capabilities. It is the duty of the HR Manager to take the challenging role to lead the organization in to more and more heights. Hence he should be a change agent for applying OD intervention strategies including overall restructuring of the organization. His duty involves improving the behavioural aspects and attitudes of employees in order to avoid mental blocks for adapting changes in the organization. Hence tomorrows HR Manager should be a Psychologist. So you can go for a Master Degree in Psychology as well as a PG Diploma course in Guidance and Counselling through Distance Learning programs. For value addition SAP HR is also useful for running along with IT environment.
Thanks and regards

Dear F Shivani,
Firstly there is a need to make your career’s Goal; here you are talking about the action plan only which is not the way of success.
I would like to say that firstly you make your Goal then accordingly you plan and take one way as suggested by our friends or may be something else.
If you need any further assistance to make the same please feel free to call me on 9718593788.
Please note that I would like to suggest you that there is no need to quit your present job, there are lot of sources nowadays from where you can achieve your objective without leaving Job.
Regards and best of Luck,
Ajay Mehta
