I left my old employer in Oct,2009 and joined new company after few days where I continue till date . I had pf a/c with old employer ( having own PF Trust) which is not yet settled, My new employer got open my new pf a/c in govt EPFO hyderabad
Now I want to transfer balance fund of my old pf a/c to my new pf a/c

apply before the previous employer in required form and request them to transfer the amount in new pf A/c no and office where it is maintained.
Here it is a question of transfer from exempted establishment to unexempted establishment

Exempted establishment :- Exempted establishment are those establishment which has been given exemption under section 17 of EPF Act 1952
here the establishment maintains their own Provident fund Trust. They pay to provident fund office inspection charges.
Unexempted establishment :- Here the Provident fund A/c is maintained by the government. EPFO.
You are required to fill form no 13(R) for transfer of account from previous A/c to present A/c.
