I dont think normal & Boiler & Canteen & Maintainance & security Staff Department employees required medical checkup.
2. First Aid Training & Awerness.
3.Fire Fighter Training & Awarness.

Check your nearest training centre otherwise let you know the exact location will help you to get right vendor for your trainings.
Mean time please refer the state regulation too.

I had attached the link of Indian factory act 1956 its cover all industries including dimamond company i am not seen any seperate law for diamond companys in india all companys/industries comes under IFA 1956.
