Here are some few questions asked to a HR Recruiter during interview:
• What is Recruitment?
• What level of recruitment you have worked in your previous org?
• Explain the process of recruitment through placement agents
• Why would you choose this company and not any other
• What do you mean by Head Hunting
• Why are you leaving your current job?
• What is meant by contractual hiring?
• What challenges have you faced as a recruiter
• What are the various internal and external sources of recruitment?
• If you are required to recruit expats, what qualities will you try to judge during the interview?
• How would you maximize your ROI on recruitment?
• List the e-recruitment techniques. What are the advantages of e-recruitment?
