Dear Anver Saadik,
you need to become aware that for time in the History of india, there is now a Central Right of Chidlren to free and compulsory educaiton Act governing elelementary education, and Kerala has prepared state rules to the Right to Education. You need to register your school with the state government in accordance with this Act and its rules. I am attaching the central Act. Please refer to your Directorate of School education for the rules.
