please clarify when can i distribution the payslips after salary or before salary please let me know
we have a salary due for 3 months and one of our employee is asking pay slip for last 3 months for chit fund surity can i provide or not, if any obligations is there for not paying salary and issuing payslip please advise

Employees are due for 3 months?
Well regarding payslip well it can be given anytime before or after. But since you'll have not processed 3 months salary hence your Company situation is different. Nevertheless an employee can need a payslip for any purpose (applying loan, credit card etc) and the company HR preferably should not hold back the payslip.
