I am kumar sheth from Ahmedabad India, I have UAE residence visa on my passport , due to family problem i have to come back at india but after that i havent went to UAE back , now i dont know my visa is cancel or not, even my company is said your visa is already cancelled and you can apply for visitor visa but in passport cancel stamp is not their , i need to know that i can apply for visitor visa at UAE again. I need seriously help kindly please let me know , how can i apply for visitor visa if in my passport residence not cancel stamp .
Hope to hear from someone asap.

This is Rajeswari from UAE, I am currently working in UAE, Yes you can apply Visit visa of UAW, There is no issues , as your last company said that your residence visa already got cancelled,so once your visa get cancelled it automatically save the records,

if 6 months have already passed since you exit UAE,then your residence visa automatically gets cancelled(as per the UAE law).
Next thing and very important that whether u completed your period of contract or not because in case u did not complete ur contract then ur employer can impose ban on your entry in UAE so I suggest u to get the visa cancellation copy from your previous employer where it is clearly mentioned whether they have imposed any ban on you or not. U can request them to send u the scanned visa cancellation copy.

Thanks for revert me back with answer.
Actually my company told me that visa is already cancelled , I am confuse that what am i suppose to do now shall i apply for visitor visa, if i apply and got the visa then will face any problem at immigration department.
