Hello, I have 5 employees working for my proprietorship. Due to certain reasons, I am moving all my operations to a new entity, an LLP. Hence, all 5 employees will have to be transferred to the LLP as well. The salaries and other things would remain the same. I would like to assure them that their work experience will not be affected.
Since I am managing things on my own, I do not know the proper way for doing this transition.
