I have done my B.tech(2005) and got 1 year exp in .Net, then after marriage i cant go for work. At present i joined M.B.A i collage and decided to take HR with Marketing as dual . I have long career Break and due to my interest i joined MBA. My question is whether company recurites me or not.. I need to do summer training for 4 weeks in my next semester . I need help how o approach it

You would be treated as a fresher MBA by anyone wishing to hire you.
At best, your BTech would be an asset in handling the HR or Mktg functions as you go along.
You also will need to decide WHICH line you wish to settle into--HR or Mktg--and more importantly WHY.
