I work for amazon (customer service). On a call I stated that Amazon’s service is waste and I also suggested that the customer file a case against Amazon. Later on, I was called by HR and he asked me to sign on a show cause notice. I signed on that and this afternoon I stated the response for show cause notice and mailed HR.
What will happen to me next?
Will I be blocked to apply for jobs in other companies?
Will I be fined?
Will a case be registered against me?
Will my PAN card details get blocked?
Will I be jailed?
Please help me.

Why you spoke against the company has not been mentioned.
Anyway what you did is adequate cause to give you termination letter.
No question of jail and fine etc.
But the whole incident does not speak well of an employee.

All the employees are expected to show their utmost faith on the company's products and services. There are many who do not have faith as such but they pretend to demonstrate their faith. They do it for the sake of their career or because of the family responsibility.
In your case, far from showing a faith or pretending about it, you have advised to customer to go against the company! For every company, how to convert customers into positive spokesperson is a big challenge. In your case, far from making positive spokesperson, you tried making the customer negative. Which company will accept it?
If you had few reservations about how the customers are handled then why you did not raise these internally? What was the hold up?
Now the company has given you the show cause notice and you have replied to it too. The ground is sufficient to terminate your services. Your all the other questions are irrelevant. Nothing of that sort will happen. However, if your company issues a service-cum-employment certificate with negative remarks for separation, then this certificate has practically no value. It will render your tender at Amazon useless.

1. When you work for any company, you must be loyal to such company as a principle of code of conduct.
2. As an employee, if you are not satisfied with the service or product of your company, you must give feedback to the company on the lapses for improvement, for which, your company will appreciate your concern on improvement.
3. Instead, you have instigated your customer prompting him to file complaint against Company. This is wrong and violation of standing orders of your employment and code of conduct.
Never go against Company in future. Be faithful and loyal to organisation.

You have knowingly or unknowingly indulged in such a grave and serious misconduct by talking against the company which you serve, that if I had a choice, I would impose all the punishments you fear would be given to you.
If you don't amend your ways, it will be difficult for you to get any decent job in future.

Sad.We in HR world always try to stand for employee welfare and engagement. And speak a lot about it.Probably this is on case where employee going against professional ethics.
Employers give job and ensure employee satisfaction for retention.
How come some one like you speak ill about your one company.
It will spoil your own repute and credentials as good employee.
Given the proof, you are likely to face serious consequence also.
