Respected All, Can anyone help me with dual employment?
For E.g. EMP X is working in COMP A with no deduction of PF & ESIC(salary is >50000/Month).
now COMP B wants to give him a salary of 12000 PM by not involving in liabilities of PF&ESIC.
Is there any option or solution? I want to explore more details on this..
Earlier responses would be appreciated..
Please note: COMP A & B are Parent & Child Company respectively.
