This pertaining to your query of Medical check up for pantry workers.
All cooks and Stewards or those who are involved are required to undergo weekly medical inspections.
An authorized medical attendant can do these check up on a proforma specifying about name of the employee, condition of hands( nails are cut or not) any fungal infection, any history of gastritis( loose motions etc),
and if pantry worker is found free of them then remarks of FFI( free from infection is given. It can be made on a format with number of workers and against their the informations i mentioned to be written and at last remarks where FFI or if not fit then for what reason to be written followed by signature of AMA.
Next is every quarterly there should be a medical conducted for food handlers and it should be done in details where weight check up general health and Hb, TLC and DLC is done to rule out any infection.
Generally such medicals can be outsourced to an external healthcare organization and they do it periodically.
