Please provide Earned Leave policy details across hospitality industry or service industry. We work 6 days a week. Probation is 6 months. Is CL and SL combined together and given as 12 days? Can SL be calculated separately.

Earned leaves changes co. to co. I used to work in hotels before to this co.(Pharma), where as we used to have 25 EL's for managers and executives and 15 for below executive level after completion of one year of service. Where as here in my current co. only 14 EL's.
Coming to CL and SL for executive to Manager level we used to have 7+7 and below executive level 12+12 for 1 year. And dont combined CL and SL.
