All employees in the organization are on leave for the entire month. Can we file zero esic & PF contributions? How about ESIC challan in such a case- is there a minimum amount to be paid by the employer online to the Govt? Or there is no need to generate challan in the ESIC website? Also, in PF website, can we file an ECR with zero gross & zero basic salaries, stating the NCP as no. of days of that month?
