Hi,
There are a lot of job sites on the internet which can help you to source candidates for your recruitment needs.
Three of the largest online jobsites are:
Naukri.com
Monster.com
Timesjobs.com
Some of the websites also allow recruiters to search few of the resumes without signing up with the jobsite. You could go through the same and see whether or not the resumes are what you are looking for.

Without working on internet also, you can handle the recruitment in a successfull way but it depends on your ability.
like........... By making the phone calls and getting the references from the success full leads,
By making the mouth marketing..............
By doing the head hunt...............
But using the internet for recruitment purpose is easiest way, in getting the resumes, in mailing and so on............
I use internet for recruitment purpose aprt from the above said things.
